Annual retainer services are provided to some 200 companies worldwide on a long-term basis. Clients may subscribe to a combined oil and gas retainer services at a discount, or separately for just the oil or the gas services. Apart from receiving reports (such as advisories, insights and occasional reports) and databooks by FGE, the general services for retainer clients include:
- Annual visit by senior staff to discuss market developments/ projections and present findings of recent analysis
- Consultation by telephone, fax, email or conference call
- Substantial discounts to attend FGE briefings/events
- Substantial discounts for multi-client studies
- Opportunities for secondment of clients’ staff for on-the-job training
- Opportunities for in-house training/briefings targeted specifically towards clients’ needs
