Delivery Policy
- FGE will only have accepted your offer once it has issued an order confirmation by email and provided a download link.
- Once your order has been accepted and payment received FGE will make available your report by electronic download.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- You acknowledge that you waive your rights to a 14 day cancellation period and no refunds will be given once a download has been made however if your card is charged before the order is confirmed and your order is ultimately rejected, FGE will refund your card in reasonable time.
License/Usage Policy
- You acknowledge that any service, report or product purchased and downloaded via the website FGE is licensed under the terms below: FGE grants the purchaser in the form of one named user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to the purchased service, product or report which are proprietary and for internal use and not for distribution outside the one (1) named user.
